We at Vape Cigz Ltd pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. This is why we aim to get your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. Most customers will receive their items within 2 days of placing their order. Delivery is free from £2.50 and if you spend over £50, delivery is FREE!

Your items will be packaged safely meaning they will reach you in excellent condition.

All items are shipped using Royal Mail 1^st Class / 2nd Class delivery* but if your order is urgent, we also offer a premium delivery service using Royal Mail Special Delivery if your order is placed before 2pm. Special Delivery orders are guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day (for orders placed on weekdays). Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Please note: If you leave a special note with your order such as "leave with a neighbour / leave in porch etc. please be aware that this is completely at your own risk. Parcels lost where a special request such as this is made, will not be replaced.
