The Scarab OG is the Mod that started it all. The most versatile and widely bought Scarab Box Mod on the market. It has the size to comfortably fit a 2200mah 3 cell battery but also the sleekness to fit into almost anyone's hands. The Scarab OG has the same 3500w chip set as all the other Scarab Box Mods but with more punch and battery life than the Scarab Mini. If the Mini Bertha is a little large for you taste but the Scarab Mini is a little small then this one is the one for you!

Springs, nuts and solder tabs made from high-copper brass with jewellery grade plating for maintenance free operations. Waterproof design so that the juice does not seep into your mod.

 

Centre pin made from 99.7% conductive copper alloy.

 

Button:

12mm tactile switch with reduced click sound. Firmer push to minimize unintentional firing and an easy to press button.

Designed in USA manufactured in china from the group up for use exclusively on box mods.

Connector:

The connectors we use are XT60 connectors. Perfect for the application, they have a strong grab and hold feature as well as being safe not allowing open connectors for hard shorting.

 Wire:

Thin jacket silicon wires at 14AWG

Designed and manufactured specifically for box mods. This was manufactured per our specification for the best flexibility and space utilisation since we use tighter spacing for our builds.

All wire is silver strand wire, offering the lowest voltage drop possible.

 

Chip set:

 We use specially made pwm chip set. Designed to handle a total of 3500w. The chipset also includes mofset protection and a 10k ohm potentiometer.  

 

 

Each Scarab Box Mod will come as a complete package; this will include either a 3S or 4S cell (depending on mod) and an Imax B6 Compact charger.

Each Scarab Box mod comes complete and ready to use and is supplied with a lifetime warranty.

This charger charges 2S to 6S LiPo and 1 to 15 cell NiMH battery packs with just the press of a button. Everything is automatic, so there’s no complicated guesswork. You get a safe, high quality charge every time. It’s the easiest charger you’ll ever use!

Operation:

1. Connect the charger to its power source, using either the AC power cord or the DC power cord provided. When connected to power, the charger will make a single audible tone and the LiPo Status LED will illuminate green.
When connecting to a DC power source, make sure to observe connect polarity-red to positive and black to negative. Do not connect both power inputs to the charger at the same time!

2. Plug the output power adapter cord into the output power ports of the charger, making sure to observe correct polarity (red to red and black to black).

3. Plug your battery into the output power adapter cord. If you’re charging a LiPo battery, plug its balance connector into the matching balance port on the charger, too.

Depending on the power connector on your battery, you may need to use an adapter or change the connector to match. In addition, if your LiPo battery does not feature an XH balance connector, an adapter board can be used.
