What is an electronic cigarette?
Electronic cigarettes are a healthier and cheaper alternative to regular smoking. Most kits consist of a battery, atomiser and a cartridge that holds the eliquid. The eliquid is fed through to the atomiser and onto a heating coil. When the battery is activated by the user, the coil vapourises the liquid and is inhaled by the user, giving a sensation that is almost identical to smoking a regular cigarette.
What is eliquid?
E-liquid, or 'e-juice' as it is sometimes known, is usually made up of 4 ingredients. Propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine, nicotine and flavouring. All Innovapours e-liquids are made in the UK, using 100% E.U. sourced ingredients. We only use pharmaceutical grade nicotine in our liquids so you can be confident that any eliquid you buy from our site will be totally safe and made according to our own very strict standards.
How long will my bottle of Innovapours e-liquid last?
This is quite subjective as it really depends on the user. But as a guide, we would say our 12ml bottles are equivalent to approximately 100 cigarettes and the 30ml bottles are equivalent to approximately 250 cigarettes. Please note: This approximation is only given as a guide and can vary from user to user, depending on factors such as the type of e-cig, frequency of use etc.
Where can I use an electronic cigarette?
As vaping is not classed in the same category as regular smoking, it is not prohibited under the smoking ban which was introduced in 2007. Therefore you can legally use your e-cig in the pub, on the train, in the supermarket, almost anywhere!
Is there anywhere I'm not allowed to use an electronic cigarette?
Although not prohibited under the smoking ban, individual organisations may have their own rules in place. If you are somewhere and are not sure if you can use your e-cigarette, we would suggest you enquire first, just to make sure.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Looking after you, our customer, is very important to us and we will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. For the standard delivery option, we will aim to get your order dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. This means your goods should be with you in 1-3 working days. If your order has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. For urgent or high value orders, we offer an express service. Express orders placed BEFORE 1PM will be sent out the SAME DAY using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to be with you by 1PM the following day. Express orders placed AFTER 1PM will be dispatched the next day.
I have received a faulty item
All Vape Cigz electronic cigarettes, parts and accessories (not including e-liquids) carry a 28 day warranty. If your item becomes faulty within this period, please contact us and we will advise on how to get your item replaced (subject to terms, please see T&C's for more details)
Can I use an electronic cigarette as a stop smoking aid?
Electronic cigarettes are sold as a cheaper and healthier alternative to regular smoking but are NOT intended to be used as a stop smoking aid as part of a nicotine replacement programme.
