We aim to provide the highest level of service to our customers but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be here to help. All of our hardware comes with a no-quibble 7 day returns promise (on un-used items only, excluding liquids) so if, for any reason, you change your mind, send it back to us in it’s original, unopened condition (with any seals, wrapping intact) and we will gladly offer a full refund (less postage).

Please note: Any tanks / cartomisers / clearomisers are classed as consumable items and are only covered if deemed DOA.

In addition to this, all of our hardware carries a 28 day guarantee so if you receive a faulty item, you can return it to us and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

If you think you may have received an incorrect item, please contact a member of our team BEFORE opening your package. If you are sure that the product is incorrect please contact us and we will happily assist you.

For any returns, please have your order number to hand, along with an explanation of why you would like to return the product.

As all of our e-liquids are made to order on-site, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on these items. But we’re sure that once you’ve tried our flavours, the only reason you will contact us is to let us know how great they are and to get some more!

Note: If an item is returned to us and deemed to be faulty, we will offer a replacment or refund, and will also reimburse the cost of returning the item to us. If an item is returned to us and is deemed to be in full working order, the customer will be required to pay the postage cost before we ship the item back out.
